Miletich Fighting Systems (MFS) is a multifaceted mixed martial arts system that combines aspects of several different martial arts (Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, western wrestling, judo, boxing, and Sambo) to create one complete fighting system. MFS was founded in 1997 by former UFC Lightweight/Welterweight Champion Pat Miletich. Many accomplished athletes in the mixed martial arts world have trained under this system, and it is considered by many to be one of the best styles of training available. The training that is available at MFS of Atlantic City is second to none. You will find several different levels of instruction available here (youth Karate classes all the way through full active fighter training). These varying levels of personally tailored instruction coupled with extremely skilled instructors will assist you in obtaining any and all goals you may have.
